1 2 3 4 COMMENTS/REMARKS

( If it is an area which you want to

work on, write how you intend to do
this)

1. I pray to God/ I pray.

For me, on a scale of 1 to 4, I
am at 4. Yes, I'm not a church
/ person but I never forget to
pray to thank God for the day
that I live in the world and for
my family safety.

2. I believe that if others can, I also can

For me, on a scale of 1 to 4, I am at
2. Because I only sometimes
/ believe these sayings "I believe that
if others can, I also can", because
for me we are different
personalities that's why we don't
need to imitate others because they
can do it, we should be able to do
it. It's a big no for me because you
should be true to yourself and don't
imitate other people.

3. I accept the fact that problems are part of

life For me, on a scale of 1 to 4, I am at
4. Because I always think about my
/ problem, I always tell myself that it
is part of life, so we can handle it.
4. I think of my goals in life
For me, on a scale of 1 to 4, I am at
4. Because I always think about my

/ goals in life. Like what I'm going to

do with my future, I should be able
to buy my parents their own house
at the age of 25 like that.

5. I think of problems as learning

opportunities For me, on a scale of 1 to 4, I am at
3. Because maybe sometimes I

/ think that my problems are just so

that I can learn more, as if the
problems I suffer from are just
opportunities for me to learn more
life.

6. I tell myself that I have to face my

problems independently For me, on a scale of 1 to 4, I am at
4. Maybe I just have more

/ confidence in myself, and I can't tell

my problem to others. Because the
way I always think about things like
this is that "If you tell others about
your problems and they have
problems, you will only add to their
problems" So I hope it's me who
has to face it alone the problems I
am facing.

7. I do activities that I enjoy

For me, on a scale of 1 to 4, I am at
4. I enjoy all the activities that I do

/ because somehow I use up my

time and somehow I enjoy it.
8. I tell my problems to my friends
For me, on a scale of 1 to 4, I am at
2. I have trust issues, so I also

/ have a hard time telling my friends

about my problems.

9. I need to continue living despite of my

problems For me, on a scale of 1 to 4, I am at
3. I didn't do 4 because I feel. that's
not me because once I got tired of
my problems I felt like I needed to
/ disappear from the world. And
that's what I need to change in
myself, that even if you have a lot
of problems, even if you're tired,
you'll still fight.

10. I don’t take problems too seriously

For me, on a scale of 1 to 4, I am at
1. This is never me, because even

/ a small problem is a big one for me

and I have to face it four, I don't just
ignore it like that.
