The Background

The company name "Yasai Ame" is a Japanese term meaning, vegetable candy. From the
name itself the core of this business are candies, more specifically candied vegetable.
Our products intend to provide sweet touch to vegetables that kids and adults with
sweet tooth would love.

Nature of the Product


Yasai Ame will offer variety of candied vegetables. First on the list is the Carrot candies,
followed by Bitter Melon candies, third are Ginger candies, and Winter melon candies.
This products is definitely sweet but still retaining the natural taste of the vegetable.

Location
In terms of business location, We can find
a place that is near school. Whatever is
more effective, whether to sell them
online or in store near schools and
other establishments.
The Competitors
When we think of candies. Our minds
immediately think of Columbia, because they offer a variety of candies that are
consistent ever since they were established. Same goes with JacknJill, they have the
products like Maxx, x.o and Nips. There are also other local brands of candies in the
Philippines. Like for example the ube and langka candy, mikmik, howhow and many
more.
Pricing Strategy
The Price will not tell the value of our brand but it is certain that the price will project the
value of the product. Therefore we will use cost-base pricing.

Target Customers
Yasai Ame wants to target parents seeking for innovations to introduce or encourage
their children to eat vegetables. We can also target organizations looking for innovations
to their cooking or using candied vegetables.

Promoting Strategies
In the promotion of our product we will start to form our positioning to the public. That
is why our company will promote the business by means of an online advertisement. We
want our product to be the innovation to a healthier approach to sweets. We will provide
a free tasting campaign to clarify confusion whether it is eatable.
