PERATURAN DAN TATA TERTIB GUEST HOUSE

GUEST HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS

 Setiap tamu yang check in wajib menunjukkan Identitas Diri berupa KTP
atau paspor
(Upon arrival, the guest must provide the receptionist with a passport or
another personal identity card)
 Waktu check in pukul 12.00 WIB dan waktu check out pukul 13.00 WIB
(Check-in time is 12.00 (noon) local time and Check-out time is 13.00 local
time)
 Check In Lebih Awal (Early Check In)
Check in sebelum jam 12.00 akan dikenakan tambahan biaya Rp
100.000
(In case of early check in before 12.00 PM, an additional fee of IDR
100,000 is charged)
 Keterlambatan Check Out (Late Check Out)
Check out diatas jam 13.00 – 17.00 dikenakan tambahan biaya Rp
100.000. Check out diatas jam 17.00 dikenakan biaya full
(In case of late check out over 13.00 – 17.00 PM, an additional fee of
IDR 100,000 is charged. Late check out over 17.00 PM, an
additional fee of 100% room rate per night is charged)
 Setiap tamu dilarang membawa minuman keras, benda tajam, dan obat-
obatan terlarang (NAPZA).
(The guest is prohibited to bring alcohol, weapons, drugs, and other types
of materials that endanger people’s life around the Guest House)
 Setiap tamu dilarang membawa binatang peliharaan,
(The guest is not allowed to bring pet)
 Setiap tamu dilarang membuat api dan merokok di dalam maupun area
Guest House yang dapat menimbulkan kebakaran
(The guest is prohibited to keep flammable objects and smoking in the
territory of the Guest House, our Guest House is non-smoking area)
 Setiap tamu tidak diperkenankan membawa buah durian / yang berbau
tajam ke dalam Guest House.
(The guest is not allowed to bring durian / strong smelling fruit into the
Guest House)
 Setiap tamu wajib menjaga fasilitas dan perlengkapan Guest House.
Pihak Manajemen akan menindaklanjuti segala bentuk kerusakan
dengan memberikan sanksi atau denda sesuai dengan nominal barang.
(The Guest is obliged to protect the property of the Guest House. We
reserve the right to impose fines according to the Price List for loss and
damage property)
 Setiap tamu wajib menjaga kenyamanan bersama baik di dalam maupun
di luar area Guest House
(The guest is obliged to keep mutual comfort both inside and outside the
Guest House area)
 Setiap tamu baik laki-laki maupun perempuan secara berpasangan
tidak diperbolehkan kecuali keluarga / suami istri
(Every guest, both male and female in pairs are not allowed except family
/ husband and wife)
 Kami tidak bertanggungjawab atas kehilangan atau kerusakan barang-
barang berharga milik tamu
(We are not responsible for the damage or loss of money and other
precious things)
 Menghilangkan / mematahkan kunci Guest House akan dikenakan
biaya Rp 50.000
(Lost Guest House key, an additional fine of IDR 50,000 is charged)
