Lead-in:
-Ask questions to the students.
“Do you want to see another country?
How many countries do you know?
How do we say our nationality?”

Introduce the topic 1:


-Take some flashcards and show them to the students.
"Look, everyone! These are flags. OK, flags! Today, we will look at
some flags and nationalities."
-Write the topic on the board.
"Nationalities!"

Present Vocabulary (Flashcards)1:


-Show each flashcard one by one and introduce countries.
"America."
-Have students repeat the countries.
"America."
-Show another picture and say:
"Britain"
-Do the same with the rest of the vocabulary.
-Do the board work at the same.

Activity 1:
-Ask the students to open their course books.
-Inform the students about the activity in the course book and give the
instructions.
"Now, let's listen the activity and repeat."
-Observe the students.
-Ask the questions.
"Where is Arnaldo from?"
-Answer the question.
"He is from Italy."
- Do the boardwork at the same time.
- Do the same thing for the rest.
- Finish the activity.

Activity 2:
Part 1
-Put them in pairs and ask them to work together.
-Ask to students to look at the pictures on the course book and talk
about it with their pairs.

-Give the instructions.
"Listen and number the pictures."
-Finish the activity.

Activity 3(Swedish teacher):


-Place flashcards around the room.
-Introduce the activity to the students.
-Give the instructions and demonstrate at the same time.
- "Now, we will play a game. Its name is The Vocabulary Chain.
I will say a country aloud and one of you will find it. Then I will say
another country and next person will find both the first and second
country. Let me show you."
-Start the activity.
-Monitor the students.

Present the new vocabulary (flashcards)2:


-Show the flashcards again and make them repeat the nationalities.
"OK, guys! She is from America. She is American."
-Do the boardwork at the same time.

Activity 4 (Classroom Screen):


-Show the puzzle in the course book and give the instructions.
"Now, we will find the nationalities in the puzzle. It is very easy peasy
for you."
-Set the time.
"You have 3 minutes! Go on!"
-Monitor the students.
- Finish the activity.
" Time is up!"
- Give feedback.

Introduce the topic 2:


-Show them your flashcards: Continents.
"Now, let's look at continents."

Present the vocabulary 3(flashcards):


-Draw a blank world map on the board.
"This is our world map."
-Give the instructions:
"Which continent is it? Do you know it?
It is Asia."
- Do the boardwork at the same time.
-While presenting vocabulary, put the flashcards on the map.

Activity 5(Classroom Screen) :


Part 1
-Ask the students to open their course books.
-Introduce the activity in the course book.
-Give the instructions.
"Yes, everyone. Let's write the continents to the correct places."
-Set the time and start the activity.
"You have 2 minutes."
-Observe the students.
Part 2
-Put them in groups of 4.
-Introduce the activity.
"Now, Let's play a short game. These are our continents.
Each group will come to the board and stick to the continents to the
correct places and will name them."
- Give the instructions.
-Set the time and music.
"First group, come and do it! You have 2 minutes! "
- Other groups will do the same thing.
-Monitor the students.
-Finish the activity.
-Give feedback.

Wrap-up (Quizlet):
-Finish the lesson by asking a question.
"What do you have in your pockets?" and take feedback.
-Give homework and ask them to practice vocabulary in "Quizlet".
-Say goodbye.
