I. PROJECT TITLE:
PROJECT PANACEA: A Learning Recovery Plan
Adapting the DepEd Memo No. 036 series of 2021 on the Conduct of Remedial and
project to give remedial to her learners who are at risk or lag behind in terms of literacy
remedy for all ills and difficulties. In this time of Pandemic, still our health and medical
advocates couldn’t find perfect panacea of Covid-19 and perfectly eradicate this crisis so
as in Education which is greatly affected, educators also are nonstop in finding ways to
elevate the quality of education despite of our current situation. As an educator especially
in key stage 1, the proponent believes that remedial lessons and sessions or learning
recovery plan are perfect panacea for her learners’ learning difficulties.
This project is named Project Panacea since this will be the remedy for all learning
difficulties of the Grade I Matapat learners S.Y. 2021-2022 especially their literacy and
numeracy development. In this project, it also focuses the development and refinement of
their writing basic skills thus includes also monitoring their answering modules and
summative tests since most of the chosen learners are hard-up in submitting modules as
well as summative tests on time. This project is purposively to the learners who need
follow up or remediation.
Pupils – the main beneficiaries are struggling learners of Grade I Matapat learners of
Solano East Central School – Integrated SPED Center.
Teachers- benefit through the implementation of this remedial teaching strategy.
Parents- lessen the burden of teaching their children at home.
School Head- the project will help in attainment of the school’s objectives plotted on
the School Improvement Plan.
With the help of the supportive stakeholders, private sectors, parents, LGUs and
government agencies, this will be very useful when Project Panacea is established in the
school community. During the implementation of the said project, minimum health standard
protocols in community quarantine will be observed. Learners will wear their facemask and
social distancing will be observed. All persons involved in this project will carefully observe
school already complied during the monitoring and evaluation of School preparation to
