As part of our strengthened advocacy to awaken, nurture, and empower our young leaders
and advocates of peace, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur in partnership with the Ilocos
Sur Indigenous Peoples Youth League will conduct the 1st Ilocos Sur Indigenous Peoples
Youth Empowerment Summit 2022 with the theme: “One Ilocos Sur: Enhancing the IP Youth
Leaders in this Critical Times”. The activity is designed to enhance the leadership qualities of
the IP youth, promote camaraderie, expand their role in nation building, and promote awareness
on deceiving issues and activities of lawless group and organization.
