EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENTOF ESTATE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE made and entered into by and

among:

BARBARA V. YOUNG, of legal age, married to Manfred Poole, a former resident of

Libertad St., Pasay City, but presently residing at Antelope, California, USA;
And
LORETTA V. MENDOZA, also pf legal age, married to Rodrigo Dionisio, now a
temporary resident of 8606 Alegre Circle, Orlando, Florida, 32836.

WITHNESSETH:

That Barbara V. Young, Loretta V. Mendoza and Norma V. Mendoza are the
daughters of the deceased Alfredo Mendoza. All of them are the legitimate and sole heirs of the
deceased Alfredo Mendoza who died on __________________ at _____________________
without a will;

That Norma V. Mendoza executed a Waiver of Share/Inheritance in favor of Barbara

V. Young and Loretta V. Mendoza;

That the deceased Alfredo Mendoza, at the time of his death, left real properties
more particularly described as follows:

That there are no personal properties involved in this Extrajudicial Settlement of

Estate pro-indiviso;

That to the best of information and knowledge of the parties hereto, the deceased
Alfredo Mendoza left no debts;

That this Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate of the deceased Alfredo Mendoza had
been published one week for three consecutive weeks in the Bicol Post, a newspaper of general
circulation in the Province of Camarines Norte as certified by said newspaper hereto attached
as Annex “A" of this instrument.

That the parties hereto, being all of legal age, with full civil capacity to inter into a
contract, hereby extra judicially settle the estate of Alfredo Mendoza pro –indiviso and
adjudicate unto themselves all the above-described real properties of the estate pursuant to
Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court.
