Receptionist: good afternoon, Pande is speaking, may I help you?

Mrs. Jack: Good afternoon, I just arrived this morning and I found out that there
are some facilities that are not working.
Receptionist: may I know your name and your room number, ma’am?
Mrs. Jack: it’s Jack and I’m in a room number 204
Receptionist: alright Mrs. Jack, may I know what the problem that happened in
your room is?
Mrs. Jack: I think there is a problem with the air conditioner so the room is not
cool at all, the power of the mini bar can’t be switched on, the toilet is not
properly cleaned yet, and also the room is still in a mess condition.
Receptionist: alright, Mrs. Jack, we will bring a housekeeper to clean up your
room and bathroom, and also an engineering to fix the air conditioner and the
mini bar. We will be there for about 10 minutes and maybe need 30 to 60 minutes
to fix and clean up your room. Do you want me to get you another room, ma’am?
Mrs. Jack: nah, that’s okay, I’m gonna be waiting outside of the hotel, but make
sure the room is clean and fixed when I came back.
Receptionist: sure, ma’am. We are very sorry for what happened. We will give
you to stay in another room which have a beach view, are you interested to move
there?
Mrs. Jack: that’s interesting, what time can I check in to that room? Do I need to
cost more?
Receptionist: you can move to the room right now because the room is ready and
you would not cost more for this because it’s a compliment of a mistake that we
made
Mrs. Jack: okay, that’s awesome; sure I want to move to that room.
Receptionist: alright ma’am, our bellboy will help you to move your luggage and
stuff to the new room, we’ll be there for about 5 minutes.
Mrs. Jack: okay, thank you.
Receptionist: thank you, Mrs. Jack. Have a good day.
