    Dear Instructor/s:

    This MOA has been signed by the company.


    The MOA has not yet been notarized.

    The hard copies of the MOA are still in the hands of the School of Engineering Office as of now.

    The hard copies have been in their hands since Friday of last week, July 8, to be signed by the Chair and
    the Dean. We believe this delivery to have been done as soon as we possibly can, given that the
    company released the MOA with their signature on July 7, 2022.

    Unfortunately, more than a week has passed, but the Dean is still yet to sign the MOA. This is why the
    MOA has not yet been notarized.

    According to Ms. Chares Rosalia, a working student in the Eng. Office, Ma'am Sales signed the MOA just
    recently, around Thursday or Friday this week, and the Dean might be able to sign the MOA around
    Monday.

    The same situation applies to fellow student, Ms. Darlene Monterde, as we are both trainees in the
    same company.

    We hope, given that the circumstances causing the delay in the notarization have not been within our
    control, that due consideration will be given to our case.
