(1st ) GREETINGS : A pleasant afternoon to all, we are group 4 and for this day we are presenting our

project proposal.

(2nd) so there are 6 parts of a project proposal the 1st is title

Title of our project proposal is production of marketable fruit basket

In the title there are the proponents name which they are the ones whom created the project
proposal

The proponents are RKPDL,MDU,JGM

(3rd ) 2nd part of the project proposal is Rationale, in rationale there are 3 parts A.STATEMENT OF THE
PROJECT, B PROCEDURE and C is project outcome

For the 3rd slide we have the 1st part of rationale which is the statement of the project(basahin
yung statement of the project)

On our statement of the project we gave the descrition of what a fruit basket is,we stated the
measurement of the fruit basket and we put a brief text about how we planned it.

(4th ) 2nd part of rationale is procedure [magdadala ng makapal na kawayan at manipis 26 inch,gagamitin
habang ineexplain yung step 8-11] basahin yung procedure tas ipapaliwanag

(9th ) the 3rd and last part of rationale is the project outcome

In the project outcome you will see how the basket can help you after purchasing it

(10th )the 3rd part of project proposal is objectives

 To earn money by making a fruit basket

 To help the people and the environment because plastic harm the environment but the
fruit basket cant because it is reusable and is made of natural materials
 By using the fruit basket we can carry our loads in one go

Then we have the 4th part of project proposal drawing/illustration(explain yung drawing)

(11th )then moving on to the 5th part of project proposal POaM, POaM has 3 phase we have here in
phase 1 which has planning,design and budgeting.1 st of is Planning (read)

In planning we discussed the argumentation about the fruit basket,like voting on creating the
project,how we can plan even if we are not in school and the materials to be use in the project.

(12th ) Design (read) so in the design part we use the over 1 under 1 pattern in plaiting method

Budget (read) so about te purchasing the bamboo weare going to buy it near marvins place they
have someone that makes them for 100 per 40 pcs.

(13th ) so now phase 2, in phase 2 there are assembly,technique,finishing,evaluating and packaging

Assembly(read) we stated on how we are gonna build the project

 Technique(read)

(14th ) Finishing(read)we are gonna use varnish to polish the basket for it to look presentable

Evaluating(read) we examine the bamboo material if it is in good condition,if it has damage or is

to weak for the basket then we will not use it

Packaging(read) just like how shoppe and lazada sellers,we are going to use shredded paper to
avoid damages when transporting the product

(15th ) is phase 3 of POaM is promotion

Bamboo has many benefits it is resistant to water,when treated well it can have a lifespan
lasting up to 50 years just like my grandmoms bilao which is older then me,bamboo is
environmentally friendly bamboo resources very rich because it grows very fast and the growth
cycle is very short,Bamboo is naturally anti bacterial,has strong mechanics and good adaptability.

POaM - PROJECT ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT
