1. Purpose

To standardize security of server room and cctv monitoring, so who non-authorize

personnel can’t entry and see sensitive data of company and client.

2. Scope of Application

This standard applies to security management department and IT management

departement.

3. Procedure of Server Room and CCTV Monitoring

3.1 Security Standarts

A. The key from the server room can only be held by 2 people, namely the IT
officer and Chief security.

B. Someone who wants to enter the server room must have permission from IT
and Chief Security, and must be accompanied by an IT officer or Chief
Security.

C. Authorize personnel who want to enter the server room must fill out the
server room opening and closing form which is pasted on the server door.

D. The capacity of people who may enter the room can only be 4 people
including the IT officer assistant or Chief Security.

E. People who want to record and view videos must be approved by IT and
Chief Security and must maintain strict confidentiality and must not be
shared.

F. Server room every day must be done 8S with a checklist form that has been
provided and signed by the manager/assistant warehouse manager who is on
site.

G. The general recommendation is to keep the server room temperature in the

range of 20-25°C (ISO 27001;2005), if the temperature rises beyond the
recommendation, mitigation measures will be taken to cool it down.
