B. Qualification
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in solar industry.
Proficient in computer software including MS Office applications.
Strong communication skill and Proficient in English reading writing and speaking.
E. Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate business opportunities for sale for the assigned solar vertical.
Liaison with Central and State Govt. agencies, Renewable Energy Departments, SDLC
etc.
Achieve minimum 30% new sales of the assigned targets month on month.
Minimum expected performance at 80% of the yearly assigned budgets in respective
vertical.
Accountable for submission of bids/ offers in a timely manner.
Perform duties and responsibilities such as customer services, proposal development (in
conjunction with S&M back office), customer acquisition and coordinating the start of
projects.
Track order execution within committed timelines from the customer.
Ensure timely collections from the customer as per committed dates / assigned credit to
the customer.
Facilitate timely resolution of customer complaints and disputes.
Perform additional duties as directed.
F. Other Responsibilities
Oversight of the project implementation team.
Gather market intelligence, regular reporting of developments and client calls/meetings
through the CRM tracker.
Ability and willingness to travel interstate regularly.
