    CEO DEPARTMENT
    Our company name is called Infinitescent JA company . We are doing a project of manufacturing
    perfumes on our own and sell them to the sudents , teachers and the community as well. We named
    our company name Infinitescent because our perfume aroma last for a very long time. Our product
    is unique in such a way that we fused different essential scents oils to came up with something
    unique that we have not come across. Our aim is to do business and generate income and foreign
    currency and yhis will improve our country’s economy. They are 8 members in our company and
    our idea of producing perfumes came to live because of unity and hardworking.

    PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
    Our first production process was held on the 20th of june and we managed to produce 30 perfumes.
    The next manufacturing process which was the second one was held on the 23th of june and we
    managed to produce 80 perfumes. At this point we decided as company that we were going to wait
    the production because we were writing examinations so time to meet up was so little so we
    decided that we were going to continue the production process the following term which was
    coming. We continued the production on the 23 september and we produced 50 perfumes but this
    time they where in different packing and quantity so that it was going to suit everyone’s pocket.
    We also ensured to produce quality products by doing some relevant research and we would like to
    thanks to the science derpatment at our school because they helped us in the production sector.

    MARKETING DEPARTMENT
    The marketing strategies we used to market products include using social platforms such as
    whatsapp , our instagram account and our facebook page to advertise our products. We also use
    the idea of tell a neighbour to tell a neighbour to market our products. We also decided to do the
    buying and selling icecreams as a cashcow to boost our income and it succeeded.

    FINANCE DEPARTMENT
    To accomplish our first batch we used 16 usd to purchase some raw materials and we managed to
    generate 30 usd . Our second manufacturing process costs 40usd for the raw materials and we
    managed to produce 80 usd . For the cashcow idea we used 20usd and we managed to generated
    40 usd . Our last is final production process we used 38 usd which is now currently in process. This
    batch is going to generate for us an income of 85 usd. The expenses that we came up across with all
    in all costs 6usd. So the net profit of our company is 114 usd.
    COOPERATIVE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILTY
    AS our social cooperative responsibility we decided to do a clean-up campaign for our school and
    also we decided to give back so perfumes to some students and the staff as well.
