AN ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
SCHOOL GUIDANCE PROGRAM
SECOND QUARTER- SY 2020-2021

“EVEN THE DARKEST NIGHT WILL

END AND THE SUN WILL RISE”
- VICTOR HUGO
Covid-19 pandemic brought an unimaginable change in the field of education. San Isidro National
High School, accepted this challenge without hesitation because our main goal is to continue in imparting
knowledge to our learners that will mold them to be a holistically developed individual.

 THE IMPLEMENTATION
Project GLInT School on Wheels means GLIDING LEARNERS INTERVENTION TRACK, a
San Isidro National High School, with the collaboration of the Homeroom and Guidance Office and Brigada
Eskwela, Intervention Startegy to Defeat Impediments in the Continuity of Learning Brought by Pandemic
Situation. This program is under Oplan ARANGKADA; Modyular Eskwela, one of the school’s project in
it’s Learning Continuity Plan (LCP) as well as, Oplan Tutok-AYUDA, one of the school’s AIP project.

This was done using the different means of transportation such as trycicle, van and truck, through the
Oplan Arangkada volunteers, which was used as a tool to bring the needed assistance such as module, foods
and counselling to those learners in four barangays who have problems in attaining complete module due to
iavailabilty of their parent/ guardian to come to school and do not have any access to social media or net-
related ways applied to continue their schooling, and students who are at risk of dropping out.
Mrs. Ma. Gloria D. Flancia, designated guidance counselor was motivated to do the program by her
utmost concern to help those struggling students and those that at risk of dropping out.

The guidance program aimed to attain the following objectives:

1. To provide the learners beneficiaries the modules for their distance modular learning and help them
with those topics they find so much difficulties
2. To orient the learners with their rights and protection as child.
3. To be able to encourage learners at risk of dropping out to continue their study.

To attain the said objectives, the designated guidance counselor gave them orientation regarding their
rights as a child, about the importance of education and offer them some help on how they can overcome
those problems that hinder their chance to finish their schooling especially in this time of new normal.
Also, gave them motherly advice that can encourage them and motivate them to continue and finish their
schooling.

 THE IMPACT
The effect of the project implemented was measured through the percentage of students who have
their modules and able to submit it on time. Also, at of the end of the second quarter, the school is in the
zero- drop out status.
The implementation of the project also opened another opportunity for the teacher to see other
learners’ situation that need assistance, especially those areas that cannot be reached by the present
vehicles available. Through this project, the teacher is presently crafting another project that will help
those students. ENSURING THE CONTINUITY OF OUR LEARNERS’ LEARNING AMIDST
THIS PANDEMIC SITUATION, is our main goal that will always motivate us to continuously and
untiringly make innovations.
