B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for driving sales numbers through B2B channels in the assigned location/branch.
• Maintain discipline of daily call routines and tracking of the business meetings
• Increasing market share in the assigned markets by identifying, building, and maintaining
relationships with the existing distributors in the respective location
• Presenting Product briefing to mutual fund distributors and partners
• Possess good communication & influencing skills to drive campaigns/contests rolled out by the
organization to ensure maximum participation from the partners
• Actively working towards implementing processes and ideas for increasing the volumes of channel
partners
• Adherence to IDFC norms, values, integrity, passion for client service
