DESCRIPTION
This is a confirmation of the verbal approval given to VICSA on June 29th, 2022, during the
foundations preparations inspection. The rebar assembly, rebar and formwork levels complies
with drawing specifications and measurements. Proceed with the concrete pouring on
foundations Z-01 of column line B axis 33 -38 and 40 as marked on the drawing below.
