Course Learning Outcomes (CLO):

CLO 1 The students will be able to understand the Electro-Mechanical Systems viz. Electrical (HT, LT and ELV Systems) & Illumination,
HVAC and Conveying System with respect to built environment.
CLO 2 The students will be able to articulate requirements of Electro-Mechanical Building Services systems in building design.
CLO 3 The students will be able to analyze the basic calculations for air conditioning and electrical load for a small-scale project.
CLO4 The students will be able to evaluate the basic Heat Load Calculation, Air-Conditioning requirement (tonnage), Electrical Load and
system routing for a small scale project.

Pedagogy for Course Delivery:

Lectures, literature study and case study shall make fundamental concepts clear to the students. Appropriate site visits will aid in the application process
of these services in real-life design problems, thereby enabling students to integrate services in their design studios as well. Topical Project Workshops
(to be done on the Architectural Design Studio Project of the same semester) and Presentations by students to be conducted in the Tutorials
