Directions: Arrange the correct steps in storing cooked pasta. Write number 1-5. One (1) is
the first step, so on and so forth and five (5) is the last step. Write your answer before the
number.
__1. Store cooked pasta without sauce in an airtight container and refrigerate for 4 or 5
days.
__2. Pour the noodles into a colander.
__3. Sprinkle 1 tsp. salad oil over the noodles.
__4. Toss the pasta so the noodles are evenly coated in the oil.
__5. The sauce should be refrigerated separate from the pasta and can be stored for 6 or 7
days.
