DAY 1: Closing Activity: Rocking Out (50 minutes): The learners and the teacher will go on a rock hunt. Learners shall be grouped. They will take a
walk around the school grounds. Learners will search for any rocks and will bring a rock to share. Learners will discuss the properties of the rocks
and compare their size and shape. Have small groups take turns sorting the rocks by different properties, like size, texture, color, luster, and
hardness. Let the learners decide how best to display their collection. Learners can do research online to find out what minerals might be in their
IPS
rocks. Learners will draw a draft of their rock on a piece of paper and will submit it to the teacher.
PLAN B: If heavy rain fall will continue, the teacher will be giving a bunch of printed rocks among the groups then the learner will take turns discussing
the rocks by different properties, like size, texture, color, luster, and hardness. They will be naming the specific rock type based on their creativity
and they will present it to the class.

DAY 2:
DAY 3:
Motivation: Engage the class by showing different photos of
weathering and weathered rocks.
Motivation: If geologic processes seem to bring risk to human safety,
where then is a safe place to live? Is there even any?
How did these rocks obtain their physical appearance?
How does this natural phenomenon affect the landscape?
Lecture Discussion (50 minutes): Learners will listen to the concepts
The economy of a certain country?
of Endogenous Processes.
INTRODUCING & DEVELOPING
CONCEPT Lecture Discussion (50 minutes): Learners will listen to the
Essential Questions:
concepts of Exogenous Processes.
Finalize the Venn diagram and review for the second short test for ABM.
