    A. Application This covers the following: 20 pts.
    Letter 1. appropriateness of format;
    2. grammar and style;
    3. richness of contents and purpose; and
    4. organization of ideas.
    B. Communication This includes the wittiness and style in 30 pts.
    Skills expressing or communicating ideas observing
    correct grammar and pronunciation.
    C. Judgment This refers to the process of forming an opinion 30 pts.
    or evaluation by discerning, comparing and
    presenting formal decision about a problem,
    case or situation.
    D. Personality This refers to the complex of characteristics that 20 pts.
    distinguishes an individual in handling
    unprecedented or novel situations. This includes
    the fixing of self (appropriateness of dress and
    adornment) according to purpose or occasion.

    TOTAL: 100 pts.
