FINAL INTIMATION.

#### Management extends a very warm gratitude to all the residents

of #### Plus Homes who have always provided their support to ####
Maintenance Services during the past 2 years which ####
Management had promised with all of you. During this time, we have
tried our level best to provide you the best maintenance services
within the means that we had based on the monthly maintenance
charges being charged from all of you and in case any of the resident
have not found us providing the services upto his mark, we certainly
feel apologetic for the same but at the same time feel proud to have
completed one more successful project.

As you must be aware that the said two years of our maintenance of
the entire complex of #### Plus Homes are due to expire on 31 st July
_____________ and as such we would like to state and inform all the
residents of #### Plus Homes that now is the right time to sit
together and form an Association of Person or a Maintenance society
for the future upkeep and maintenance of the entire complex
measuring ____________ on or before 15th July, @@@ so that during
the next 15 days we would hand over all the relevant papers,
accounts and other material to the said society whereafter the
responsibility of the maintenance would be entirely the job of the said
maintenance society which would be run by the owners of the flats
i.e. all of you.
