SCHOOL LAC SESSION NARRATIVE REPORT

Topic: TIPS ON HOW TO DELIVER FREE ERROR OUTPUTS

The SLAC session was held last 15th day of June, 2022 at kinder classroom at exactly
3:00 o’clock in the afternoon. The session started with a prayer led by Sir Gregorio Gonzales and
followed by a singing of makabayan song. Then, Ma’am Menerva Millares introduced the
speaker Sir Benjamin Debisme who gave an informational talked about tips on how to deliver
free error output.

He started the session with a quote from Thomas Edison stated that “The object of all
work is production or accomplishment and to either of these ends, there must be forethought,
system, planning, intelligence, and honest purpose, as well as perspiration. Seeming to do is not
doing.”

At first, the facilitator asked the participants how to make fewer mistakes at work and
boost productivity? Ma’am Noviejean Caras answered avoid all kinds of distractions and review
your work before submitting your reports or documents; always clarify all your doubts and stop
trying to multitask Ma’am Rowelyn Debisme added. Sir Benjamin Debisme applauded his co-
teachers for their answer related experiences.

Then, he also discussed some of the best tips on how to avoid mistakes at work 1. Giving
full attention in what you are doing, he explained that multitasking is good, but jumping back
and forth between works can be distracting to an employee who is not used to. The best method
is to do one job at a time, with good speed and having an eye for details or mistakes. Sir
Gregorio Gonzales read the second slide 2. Ask doubts and questions. The facilitator explained
why this is so important because the main reason why most of the employees do critical errors in
their work is that they are either too afraid or their ego won’t let them allow to ask the most
important doubts about the work given. They are more focused on what people will think rather
than asking a doubt for their satisfaction. The facilitator ask Ma’am Menerva Millares to read the
third slide which was 3. Try to make a checklist, Sir Benjamin Debisme said that checklists help
you to keep in track of all the steps that you do while completing a task. This helps you to check
what all procedures should be done before you publish or submit output. If you are a person
interested in multitasking, then it is a necessity to always prepare a checklist so that you won’t
get lost while doing multiple works at a time. Try not to do anything incomplete or undone. The
discussion continues until it was finished till slide number 15.

There were lots of things to consider in producing free error output. The facilitator
discussed only few which he think the best tips. According to him this helps you to avoid
redundancies with your work as well as in others work. Communication and collaboration among
employees can be a great factor in achieving a productive and good results.

The session ended with an open forum for any clarification or any additional information
regarding the topic discussed. The facilitator thanked everyone for an active participation. Then,
awarding of certificate was given to each participants after.
