Let Us Reflect

All adolescents undergo similar changes as they grow and develop.

However, there are differences in the way these changes happen which means
change is similar but at the same time unique for each individual. The process
of adolescent development can be quite challenging and sometimes
overwhelming. You must understand that your wonderful body has built-in
mechanisms that help you grow and develop as an individual. And that these
changes are normal part of being an adolescent so that they will not surprise
nor scare you. You just have to recognize and use them well.

Congratulations! You did an excellent job for accomplishing all the

activities for this lesson. Continue your journey throughout the whole module.
God Bless!
