ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM
June 2020 to December 2020

Those who are denied certain services and rights are the focus of an outreach
program, which tries to assist, uplift, and support them. Giving them
education, social planning, health support, and other projects for their
wellbeing are all part of it.

As usual, a program needs to be set up to make use of resources and help

achieve a goal. Project leaders are essential to the success of community
engagement initiatives. They are in charge of fundraising, recruiting volunteers
and donations, and publicizing the outreach. A higher need for a long-term
strategy for social advancement can be addressed by planning community
activities. In order to establish more long-term solutions and voluntary efforts,
it is also necessary for other program participants to work together to plan and
find more resources and means.

The main objective of this community outreach program is to help reduce

waste in our surroundings and to recycle most of the waste like plastics and
metals for a better purpose. We want to help each the barangay to stay clean
and have a surrounding that is beneficial to each and every person that resides
in your barangay.

The following activities were accomplished in order to materialize the main

objective of the program:

COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM
January 2021 to December 2021

When addressing the ongoing issue of trash pollution in many communities,

learning the right methods of waste management is one of the crucial things to
take into account. Sadly, there are still people who do not follow these
guidelines, which is why there are numerous candy wrappers, plastics, papers,
sachets, and cigarettes on the streets that are just left to be washed away or
blown away by the wind. And as we are all aware, a polluted environment
brought on by garbage can result in illnesses as well as the devastation of our
environment because it is one of the causes of floods.

Organizing community clean-up drives is one strategy to deal with this issue.
Regular clean-up campaigns should be held, and participation from the public
should be promoted. But occasionally, barangays don't hold clean-up
campaigns, and occasionally, people aren't aware of or unsure whether clean-
up campaigns are being held in their neighborhood, which prevents them from
taking part. We wish to emphasize the significance of clean-up drives in order
to witness a good improvement in the environment.

The main objective of this community outreach program is to distribute food

package to 30 chosen family who are greatly affected by COVID 19 pandemic.
