SUBJECT Pre-Construction Conference

DATE : February 3, 2023

1. The Division of Lanao del Norte, through the Physical Facilities Section, will
conduct a Pre-Construction Conference on February 13, 2023 at 10:00 o'clock in
the morning, Division Conference Hall, Division of Lanao del Norte,
Pigcarangan, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.

Lot 1-Construction of one (1) storey -two (2) classrooms school building (with common
toilet) with provision of rainwater collector, school furniture, solar PV energy system &
water system at Durianon Primary School, Magsaysay, LDN

Lot 2-Construction of one (1) Storey -two (2) classrooms School Building (with
common toilet) with provision of Rainwater Collector, School Furniture, Solar PV
Energy System, Water System and Repair & Rehabilitation of two (2) classrooms
at Sigayan Adil PS, Pantar, LDN

2. This activity aims to orient the concermed school heads and contractors on the
details of the project.
3. Only concerned school heads are directed to attend the said orientation; no
proxy/representative is allowed. They are to bring with them their Site Development Plan.

4. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
