REFLECTION

“If you can’t fly, then run. If you can’t run, then walk. If you can’t walk, then crawl. But whatever
you do, you have to keep moving forward”
-Martin Luther King Jr.

The procedure in selecting appropriate SLMs is fundamental in securing better learning

outcomes and teachers have big significant roles in the selection of appropriate learning
resource materials to be used in their teaching. And this process helped me a lot.

As a teacher, its our responsibility to adapt in changes that this pandemic offered us. We
must have a keen eye to distinguish this adaptability. Changes and challenges are co-related
with this situation. And we must endure and face it.

Whatever it takes, we must move forward. And this continuous adaptability of our
teaching process will gone long be successful. Like an old saying, saan man dudulo yan kundi sa
simbahan.

We should not force ourself to be the best but we must sure that what we teach is right
and valid. Techniques, approaches and process is just secondary. We teacher, as always, is the
best and effective LR Material for the student because whatever we do, it’s the best and
effiecient style of teaching so we must focus on the things we teaches.
