Note: Since reading programs are necessary and must be standard, a reading program which failed
in at least one of the factors in this rating sheet should be revisited and reviewed by the higher
authorities.
We do not recommend the approval of this reading program for possible use in public
schools/district/division.
Note: Improvement is needed for the reading program and to be subjected for another
round of quality assurance.
