Subject: Update to the Tablet Pricing

Greetings Deanna,

I hope all is well and that this email finds you!

I am writing this email to touch base on the tablet pricing updates. Seydou has
brought to my attention that the tablet pricing is no longer a one-time licensing fee.
Terrific Tablets is now going forward as a subscription-based service, which includes
hardware, software, support, customization, POS integration, and more as part of a
monthly flat rate.

Instead of $200 per tablet for the 40 tablets we need, the subscription that matches
our needs would be $300 a month and would cover all 40 tablets, the software, 24/7
support, customization—everything. In addition, instead of $8000 for using all the
tablets in the first year, it will cost us only $3,600, including support. But, that $3,600
will need to be paid every year going forward.

● This can affect the budget of the project over the long term as the original cost
incurred would be $8000, it will now be $3600 annually.
● This can put us at a recurring cost annually which will impact our budget long-
term, making the tablets more expensive starting after the first 2 years.

I know our primary OKRs our intention is to keep expenses low and our budget
precise. Let me know what you think, and if you want to move ahead with the updated
contract terms be suitable for our project scope, timeline, and budget of Sauce &
Spoon tablet rollout at the Downtown location?
