Subject: Urgent Decision needed - Tablet pricing model change

Hello Deanna,

I hope you had a great week.

We have a new change that will impact our project budget. 

Our current Terrific Tablets Pricing model considers a one time licensing fee of $200 per tablet. 
Terrific Tablets is now changing to a subscription-based service, which includes hardware,
software, support, customization, POS integration, and more as part of a monthly flat rate. This will
change the cost to $300 a month for all 40 tablets.

That means that instead of $8000 required for using all the tablets in the first year, it will cost us
only $3,600, including support. But, that $3,600 will need to be paid every year going forward. 
From the project team the recommendation is to continue with this model due to the extra services
which are included. We can provide full clarity on what those services are if you require this.

Please let us know your thoughts on this and if we can proceed with the new cost model for our
project.
