    Hello Chris, I hope you are doing well. I have received information that tablets’ pricing
    structure has changed and therefore would like to discuss with you the upcoming project
    planning. Previously, tablets we have been supplied from our vendors had pre-installed
    software which was a big part of cost-saving in our project planning so far.

    But they are no longer offering that option. Our vendor has decided that tablets is a
    subscription-based service which means software that was pre-installed and now accounts
    are now only available for monthly subscribed users and they have decided to not install the
    software unless we sign a yearly deal for a specific number of purchases for the tablets.
    Therefore, please review the attached updated contract and let us know if there is a
    discussion required.
