Recruiting I need to find people to help me promote the event, so I will do
Plan informational meetings and advertisements in the newspaper.

Training Plan Training of 90 hours / divided into 2 weeks.

Supervision 3 volunteer supervisors who oversee verifying that the activities are carried
(Event Day) out according to the previous training.

Recognition We will deliver event participation certificates where you can see the hours
Plan invested for training and the day of the event. In addition, a luncheon for all
will be provided and a thank you for the volunteer list will be published in
the local newspaper.

Purpose Engage a large percentage of the community to help promote healthy
lifestyles.
Responsibilities Process advertisements in the newspaper, promote the event and achieve
a high percentage of community participation.
Qualifications People related to communication sciences, educators and doctors from
the community who are willing to learn about the importance of the
event.
Time Required* 120 hours.
