RESOLUTION NO. 01-05-2022

A resolution requesting Honorable Nikki Boy Reyes, Board Member, 2 nd District of Pangasinan
to donate 50 pcs. Mono-block chairs for Barangay Umangan, Mangatarem, Pangasinan.
WHEREAS; Barangay Umangan has a limited number of mono-block chairs due to
others were already old and destroyed.
WHEREAS; mono-block chairs are very important to the residents especially when they
have an occasion.
NOWTHEREFORE; on the motion by Kgd. Marilyn B. Paningbatan and duly seconded
by all Kagawad present was;
RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED to request Honorable Nikki Boy Reyes, Board
Member, 2nd District of Pangasinan to donate 50 pcs. Mono-block chairs for Barangay
Umangan ,Mangatarem, Pangasinan.
Finally Resolved to Furnish copy of this resolution to Honorable Nikki Boy Reyes, Board
Member, 2nd District of Pangasinan for his information and favorable action.
ADOPTED this 6th day of January 2022 at Barangay Umangan, Mangatarem, Pangasinan.
