I. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

👟 Hội viên phải trang bị quần áo và giày thể thao chuyên dụng khi tham gia tập luyện

👟 Proper workout attire must be worn at all time

💯 Nếu việc Hủy lớp từ phía Studio, Học viên không mất bất kỳ buổi học nào đã thanh toán.

💯 When a class has been cancelled by us, this will not result in you losing any classes you have

paid for. 

💯 Nếu việc Hủy lớp nhóm hoặc lớp học riêng từ phía Học viên, vui lòng thông báo với bộ phận

Lễ tân ít nhất 12 tiếng trước giờ học theo lịch trình

💯 For group classes and private classes, you are required to cancel your booking at least 12

hours before the schedule class time. 

🕒  Nếu Học viên không có mặt tại lớp học hoặc thông báo Hủy lớp trễ hơn 12 tiếng từ lúc lớp

học bắt đầu, sẽ coi như Học viên đó có tham dự và bị tính khí khi Hủy.
🕒  A failure to attend your class (No-show) or to cancel your booking within 12 hours of the

class starting, will result in either loss of the class from your pack or you being charged for the

class.

👶 Quý học viên không dẫn theo trẻ em dưới 12 tuổi vào giờ tập.

👶 Please not bring children under 12 years old to the Studio

🚮 Vui lòng giữ giữ vệ sinh chung

🚮 Please keep the Studio clean

🚷 🔕 Giữ yên tĩnh khi đến muộn hoặc về sớm.

🚷 🔕 Please come and go quietly so as not to disturb our neighbors.

📷 Please do not take photos or videos in Pilates classes

⛔ Không mang theo đồ ăn, thức uống vào Studio

⛔ Please do not bring your food, drinks when coming to Studio

⛔ Không được tự điều chỉnh các thiết bị, dụng cụ tại Studio

⛔ Please do not adjust any equipment settings or change the set up while the equipment is in

operation

⛔ Không mang theo tài sản có giá trị, tiền mặt số lượng lớn khi đến Studio. Chúng tôi không

chịu trách nhiệm với bất kỳ thiệt hại, mất mát tài sản tại Studio

⛔ Please do not carry valuables, cash. Our Studio is not responsible for any losses and damages.

⛔ Không sử dụng chất kích thích, thuốc lá, nước uống có cồn, mọi hình thức buôn bán và giao

dịch khi vào Studio

⛔ Drugs, Smoking, Alcohol, Trading and Dealing are strictly prohibited at our Studio

B.NỘI QUY DÙNG TỦ LOCKERS

💯 Quý học viên cất dụng cụ cá nhân, thiết bị điện tử tại tủ cất đồ

💯 Please use a locker to store your belongings when you are doing Pilates

⛔ Vui lòng không là hư hại đến tài sản Studio và của học viên khác

⛔ Please do not damage to the property of Studio and fellow Studio students

🍀 Vui lòng giữ tủ cá nhân được sạch và gọn gàng, và luôn cất đồ khóa tủ cẩn thận

🍀 Please keep the locker clean and tidy, and always lock them carefully

💸 Nếu quý học viên là hư tủ hoặc khóa tủ locker, quý học viên có trách nhiệm bồi thường cho

việc thay và lắp đặt khóa mới, phí bồi thường là 500,000 VND (năm trăm ngàn đồng).

💸 If you cause any damage the locker or its lock, you must take responsibility to pay for the

new lock and the installation fee. The fee is 500,000 VND (five hundred thousand Vietnamese

dong).

👍 Các tủ cá nhân được sử dụng trong ngày. Studio có quyền mở khóa nếu tủ khóa qua đêm và

không chịu những mất mát liên quan.

👍 Lockers are day-use. Studio managers have the right to unlock the locker and are not

responsible for any related loss of properties if the locker is left overnight.

💯 Chúng tôi không có trách nhiệm đền bù tài sản bị mất của Quý học viên

💯 Our Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items

⛔ Please do not put food or drink in the locker

👫 Tủ cá nhân chỉ dành cho Quý học viên hiện đang theo lớp học

👫 Lockers are only available to currently members

💀 Vui lòng không cất giữ hàng cấm (thuốc cấm, vũ khí, chất gây nổ, sản phẩm dễ cháy, các chất

độc hại, ...)

💀 Please do not store objects prohibited (drugs, weapons, explosives, flammable products, toxic

substances, etc.)

Phải mặc đồng phục khi đi làm

Must wear Studio uniforms

Please clean unniform, shoes, and neatly hair

Không được ăn uống khi có khách

Eating and drinking are not allowed when Client(s) is at Studio

Không tụ tập nói chuyện, mở nhạc, gọi điện thoại riêng khi có khách

Do not gather to talk, play music, or speak the phone loudy when Client(s) is at Studio
D. SIGNS

1. Please keep in mind, we do not allow clients into class after the 5-minute mark.

1. Vui lòng không đến trễ quá 5 phút. Nếu không, Quý khách không được vào lớp học.
BOOKING A CLASS

 Bookings open 7 days prior to class.

 Please arrive 10 minutes before your Pilates class as late entry is not permitted.
 We require at least two clients for a Pilates or yoga class to operate.
 If there are less than two, we will contact you to let you know if the Pilates or
yoga class will be cancelled. Classes will be credited back to your account in
this event
 SOCKS & TOWELS ARE MANDATORY IN ALL CLASSES

CANCELLING A CLASS

 We do understand that sometimes unforeseeable circumstances can arise, but

we must be strict, consistent, and fair with all clients. Therefore, NO exceptions
will be made to this policy.
 If you fail to cancel your booking at least 2 hours prior you will forfeit that
class, with memberships automatically charged a $15 late cancellation fee. You
can do so from your Wellness Living dashboard.
 If you simply do not show for your booking, you will be automatically charged
a $30 no show fee. Please note: bookings cannot be accepted without a credit
card on file.
 The late cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable.
 It is your responsibility to cancel your classes.

The cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend. 

WAITLIST

If a Pilates class you wish to attend is fully booked, please add your name to the
waitlist.

 If a place becomes available, you will automatically be added to class and an

email confirming your promotion will be sent.
 When you place yourself on the waitlist, you are committing to the class should
you get in.
 The 2-hour cancellation policy applies to those who have put themselves on the
waitlist for a class also.
  If you book a group Pilates class and fail to cancel your booking at least 2
hours prior, you will be automatically charged a $15 late cancellation fee (with
the exception of class pass holders who will lose a class).
 If you know you will not be able to make a class that you have waitlisted
yourself on, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the waitlist.
 It is the client’s responsibility to check in as to whether they have moved into
the Pilates class or are still on a waitlist.

RUNNING LATE?

 Please keep in mind, we do not allow clients into class after the 5-minute mark.
 This is for your own safety as you will have missed the warm-up.
 and to stay respectful to other clients and teacher already immersed in the
active class.
 After 5 minutes, it will be classified as a no-show.
 There are no exceptions to this rule.
