DEED OF SALE

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Ronnie Riverra, Filipino, single, of legal age, with residence and post-office
address at Bayombong, Nueva Viscaya, 3700 , for and in consideration of the sum
of fourteen million PESOS (P 14,000,000) , Philippine currency, to me in hand
paid by U.S. Navy Admiral Michael Mcdough, FilipinoAmerican, of legal age,
with residence and post-office address at Bagabag Nueva Viscaya, 3600, do hereby
SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, absolutely and unconditionally, unto the said
his/her heirs and assigns, that certain parcel (or parcels) of land, together with the
buildings, improvements thereon, situated in Brgy. Indiana, Bambang, Nueva
Vizcaya and more particularly described as follows, to wit: 5 hectare irrigated rice
farm land of which I am the registered owner in fee simple in accordance with the
Land Registration Act, my title thereto being evidenced by Transfer (or Original)
Certificate of Title No. D – 679824, issued by the Register Deeds of Nueva
Viscaya.

It is hereby mutually agreed that the vendee shall bear all the expenses
for the execution and registration of this deed of sale.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed this deed of sale, this 29th day
of __March, 2023, at Bayombong Nueva Viscaya, Philippines.
