Instalation Roof Panel Body Building Bay 1 - EXPANSION

Job Description
1. Site Supervisor
a. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
b. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
c. Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
d. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
e. Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
f. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
g. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
h. Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
i. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
2. Engineering
a. Managing parts of construction projects
b. Overseeing erection work
c. Undertaking surveys
d. Setting out sites 
e. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
f. Supervising contracted staff
g. Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
h. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
i. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
j. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
k. Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
3. HSE Officer
a. Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
b. Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
c. Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
d. Initiate and organize Safety Briefing of worker
e. Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g., not using protective equipment)
f. Oversee installations, disposal of substances etc.
g. Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
h. Record and investigate incidents to determine causes.

Work: Pemasangan Metal Sidding Body Building Bay 1 - EXPANSION

1. Preparation
1.1. Document preparation for work purpose (RA & PTW)
1.2. Safety briefing and TBM before proceed work activity
1.3. The Project In-charge will confirm area and method are ready to execute
 1.4. Identify special safety equipment to be used
1.5. Coordinate with client to ensure suitable access will be available at all times.
1.6. Organize work group to perform the works. If necessary, organize with client suitable laydown
area close to work place.
1.7. Ensure all Access area are not difficult, dangerous and safe
1.8. Ensure All Supporting Document and Procedure and Permit in placed and has been read
1.9. All tools, equipment and worker has been prepared
1.10. All Suporting Document and Tooling has been prepared and ready
1.11. Barricade tape,protection has been prepared and install

2. Roll Forming, Lifting and Installation Procedure of Roof Panel

2.1. Prepare the working area level and compacted to store rolled panels
2.2. Assemble the Spreader Bar made ready for lifting of panels
2.3. Rolling of Panels to 27.000 mm long
2.4. Moving the rolled panel to Storage area
2.5. File of rolled panels
2.6. Preparation of panels for one secured lift
2.7. Lifting the Panels from Grid line 36 with the spreader bar, by using 1 cranes.
2.8. Team on the roof ready to receive the panels.
2.9. Trolley conveyor on the purlins. Trolley is used to distribute the panels on every bay
2.10. Placing the panels onto the trolley conveyor
2.11. Distributing the panels with the use of trolley
2.12. Distributed bundles of panels on the roof
2.13. Offloading the panels from trolley
2.14. Moving the Trolley to the lifting point
2.15. Fixing the Rake Angle and Rake Support
2.16. Laying of insulation
2.17. Laying of Panels
2.18. Moving the Panels to position
2.19. Instaled multiple panel runs
2.20. Panel is lifted to place in position
2.21. Fixing the end of the panel ath thr eave line
2.22. Cheking the width of the panel run
2.23. Fixing the Inside closure and tri-bead sealer
2.24. The articulating clip is placed in position and fastened with two screws
2.25. Fix of the minor rib tape to completely seal the eave assembly
2.26. Laying of succeeding insulation
2.27. Back up plate in position to maintain the module of the panel
2.28. Seaming of successive panes runs

3. Finishing
3.1. Cleaning the panels after installation. It is the standard operating procedure of cleaning
the roof panel every end of the day and after finishing the roof installation.
