If I were the HR manager/officer, the behaviors that I would probably correct would be the behavior of the

employees where I would tell the workers what they should show to other people. That they should be
professional because that's their job. The behavior of others as if they think what they are doing is right even
though it has the opposite impact on other people. Another thing I will correct is the proper discipline of
workers. They should not do things without permission from above. Which is similar to the narrative that what
the workers did was simply to fetch the items that the faculty and staff of CBM didn't even know about. They
just took it so where are the manners there? Such people are rude. All the times they should ask for permission
first so they know what to do. The other is to plan well and do it on time. If you know you need to plan, you
must do it. Don't think that because doing things is still a long way off, I have to postpone them. We never know
what will happen the next morning. So it's better to be prepared. The impact on people just because you don't
immediately pay attention to their request is a big inconvenience to them. Adjusting their time is a problem that
interferes with their other work. To correct what they are doing. A meeting should be held to reprimand them for
their wrongful acts. They should know that not everyone will adjust to them. Other people will face big
problems just because of their behavior which is not right. The respect that should have been given to them can
no longer be given because of their wrongful acts.
