1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this procedure is to describing construction activities to be inspected or
tested as required by contract specifications in the sequential manner of construction
work.

2. SCOPE
The execution plan describes the planning for Contractor’s person in-charge/site
organization, time schedule, mobilization, HSSE, facilities of construction work for Tie-in
Sumur HCE-10A Dieng Unit-1 Project.

3. OBJECTIVE
This objective of this procedure is to maintain the uniformity and consistency of
Contractor’s Quality, schedule and safety activities by all parties and personnel involved in
Dieng project.
The objectives of execution plan are that :

 Only accepted facilities by contract documents will be delivered to Owner.

 No defects/troubles/non-conformities and pre-commissioning work will be achieved
within agreed schedule.
