Dear Mr. Cortes,

I totally appreciate and commend the company for having a quick response in this matter.
However, This is to inform you that I think there was a problem with the item I’ve received
since the items I ordered were 5 bottles of Orchid scent, 5 bottles Lilies Scent, and 3 bottles of
Rosy Scent, all in 500mL sizes. But I received too much of the product with 15 bottles of
Lilies scent, 7 bottles of lavender scent, and 10 bottles of Freesia scent which weren’t the scent
I requested and I think this was from another customer. This upsets me to the fact that I
should only be paying for the right amount of what I ordered. And I could not use this on my
own accord since it is from another customer and it would be harder for me to sort this out.

I hope this will be sorted out quickly since I have been waiting for the product to arrive for
the past few weeks since this is my first time ordering here so I am quite disappointed with
the current problem I am experiencing right now.
