We, 3rd Year BS Civil Engineering students, Major in Water Resources Engineering, of
Batangas State University (The National Engineering University) - Alangilan, are currently
enrolled in the course of ENGG 416 - Research Method and were tasked to gather data that are
useful and relevant to our research topic Assessment of Non-Revenue Water Networks
Management Practices in San Juan, Batangas.

In this regard, we would like to respectfully request a copy of the following documents (if there

Average daily consumption of water in households
Number of service connection per month: service connection data, number of active
connections, and changes in number of connections ( year from the highest non-revenue
of water encountered)
Monthly Billing Collection (year before and after the highest non-revenue of water
encountered)
Total Billed Meter Consumption: Residential, Commercial, and Government (year before
and after the highest non-revenue of water encountered)
Percentage of Non-Revenue Water (NRW)

Schedule of Maintenance and Operation in SJWD
Capacity of Pumping Station, Elevated Tanks, and Wells in San Juan, Batangas (includes
the location/ barangay of every water stations)
How do you detect leakage in the system?
