A. SOURCE OF FUNDS

B. UTILIZATION OF RESOURCES
1. MOOE funds used for utilization of materials, repair, electric bills and other
necessary materials, travel allowance and trainings.
2. Donations generated from sponsors used for school projects such as
Gulayan sa Paaralan, printing of self-learning modules.
3. The school in essential requested our donors to give their donations in kind:
e.g bond paper, alcohol, face mask paint and others.
c. ALLOCATION OF RESOURCES AND MATERIALS

1. Form 48 - 1 copy per Teacher per month

2. Form 138 - One per pupil
3. Plastic Envelope - two pieces per pupil
4. Portfolio - one per pupil
5. Bond paper - One box per Grade Teacher
6. CoVid Materials - evenly distributed to teachers
7. School Supplies - evenly distributed to teachers
8. Storage Box - one per grade level

 In case there are supplementary supplies/resources it is distributed equally to

pupils or teachers
 Resources are utilized and allocated judiciously
 Resources are for the betterment of the pupils and improvement of the school.
