Water scarcity is currently confronted by most of the continent that threatening the stability and
balance of the ecosystem. Due to the limited freshwater resources; water desalination, recycling
and reclamation water are among the strategies to satisfy the need of water demand. Propose
suitable water resources for the strategy to shift from relying on freshwater and evaluate the
feasibility of your proposal.

a) Identify FIVE (5) sources of water that have the potential to be used as part of water
desalination, recycling and reclamation strategies.

b) Select ONE (1) water source and discuss the FOUR (4) advantages and disadvantages
of your water selection based on societal and environmental contexts to solve the global
