Synthesis and Integration

1.) From the many experiences you encountered in your journey of life this first semester,
how does the different topics in CIFP101 helped you?
- The different topics in CIFP101 helped in many ways, it helped me further develop
my sense of belongingness in the Atenean community. It helped me strengthen the
relationship that I have with the academic institution I am part in.

2.) Acknowledge all the positive and/or negative experience and learning gained in this
program.
- Recalling the time of learning in this subject I don’t remember experiencing and
learning negative lessons. The topics discussed are an essential part of being and
Ignatian students and it contributes to our development as a whole person.

In this time of crisis, particularly the rates of COVID-19 cases are still increasing and the
series of typhoons happened in the Bicol region, this is an invitation to reflect on your own
personal experiences.

What particular issue/s about COVID-19 that leads to the extension of online classes
implementation and/or impact of post-typhoons contributed to your social awareness and
growth?
- The continuous surge of COVID-19 cases and how impacts of typhoons affect the
lives and livelihood of every single Filipino is the particular issue that contributed to
my social awareness and growth. The soaring cases of people infected and the
destroyed livelihood leads to different decisions that affects the lives of every Filipino
and every human, and as a Filipino citizen who is affected with this situation I have
become aware of what’s happening and learnt a lot that contributed to my growth.

Name few of your feelings on these two main issues present in us now.
- The two main issues present in our society now is giving anxiety and fear to the
people.
What do you sense might be among the Ignatian values that you can apply in this given
situations and experiences? Why?
- Hope and courage, in this situations and experiences we have to hope for the better
and always have the courage to move forward despite the hardships and sufferings.

In all of these experiences, write a plan or course of action for your self, studies, family and
community as your personal response from all the learning experiences gained in the formation
program.
- As for myself I plan to have courage and face everything, regarding my studies I
strive to excel more and learn more through the process, in terms of family and
community I aspire to achieve greater and more stronger bond.
