Rescue instruction:
1. Before taking rescue steps, identify 3 items as follows:
a. Identify the correct position for rescue.
b. Identify a safe location to relocate the victim (IP)
c. Identify the equipment used for the rescue plan
2. Someone who observes IP or other emergency conditions immediately reports via Ext (…..) and Ext(….)
If an injured victim is found, the person simultaneously reports to the supervisor, foreman or HSE at the location via
cell phone or any communication device regarding an emergency.
3.Supervisor/HSE on site reports if there is an emergency and rescue plan to ERT PHSS
4. While waiting for the ERT team to arrive at the rescue team location (Supervisor, HSE, Paramedic) perform first aid
to IP (calm down, talk to IP or stabilize IP if conscious)
5. The ERT team and the medical team arrived at the location to carry out the rescue. Make sure the ambulance and
medical team (if needed) are ready for the location, including preparing access to and out of the ambulance.

mereka dalam kondisi darurat)

Instruksi Penyelamatan:
1.Sebelum mengambil Langkah penyelamatan,lakukan identifikasi 3 item sebagai berikut :
a. Mengidentifikasi posisi yang benar untuk penyelamatan.
b. Mengidentifikasi lokasi yang aman untuk memindahkan korban (IP)
c. Mengidentifikasi peralatan yang digunakan untuk rencana penyelamatan
2.Seseorang yang mengamati IP atau kondisi emergency lainnya segera melapor melalui Ext (…..) dan Ext(….)
Jika ditemukan korban cidera, secara bersamaan orang tersebut juga melapor kepada supervisor, foreman atau
HSE di lokasi melalui ponsel atau perangkat komunikasi apapun mengenai kondisi darurat.
3.Supervisor/HSE di lokasi melaporkan jika ada kondisi darurat dan rencana penyelamatan ke ERT PHSS
4.Saat menunggu tim ERT tiba di lokasi tim penyelamatan (Supervisor,HSE,Paramedic) melakukan pertolongan
pertama kepada IP (tenang,berbicara dengan IP atau menstabilkan IP jika dalam keadaan sadar)
5.Tim ERT dan tim medis tiba di lokasi untuk melakukan penyelamatan. Pastikan ambulance dan tim medis(jika di
perlukan)siap dilokasi,termasuk mempersiapkan akses keluar-masuk ambulance.
