This Self Declaration of Conformity is considered an application to the Ministry of
Industry and Advanced Technology to verify compliance to the National or
International approved standards.

This Self Declaration of Conformity aims at verifying compliance to National or
International Approved Standards and the essential requirements

After reviewing and approving the contents of this signed Declaration of Conformity
and the attachments, a Certificate of Conformity is issued

The validity period of this application is ten years from the date stated on the
Certificate. The applicant should re-new this declaration prior to the expiry date.
