1. Phần mở đầu
Sự рhát triển mạnh mẽ củа công nghệ thông tin đã đặt nền móng cho cho sự ra đời và phát triển của
các hình thức thanh toán không dùng tiền mặt (Teoh Teng Tenk et al., 2020), (Cocosila & Trabelsi,
2016); trong đó, ví điện tử được dự đoán sẽ trở thành phương thức thanh toán phổ biến nhất. Theo
ước tính, vào năm 2024, số lượng ví điện tử sẽ đạt giá trị giao dịch 4,4 tỷ và số lượng người sử dụng
sẽ tăng lên 51.7% so với 2020. Đồng thời, sự tăng trưởng của ví điện tử được dự đoán sẽ còn tiếp
tục bùng nổ trong tương lai, theo Merchant Machine.
Ví điện tử đang dần thay thế cho tiền mặt bởi sự tiện lợi, chi phí thấp, giao dịch nhanh chóng và an
toàn (Subaramaniam et al., 2020). Nhờ những lợi ích này, trong suốt đại dịch Covid-19, việc ứng
dụng giao dịch từ xa đã đóng vai trò như một cú huých giúp thị trường ví điện tử tăng trưởng vượt
bậc. Tại Việt Nam, đến tháng 4-2022, tổng số ví điện tử đã kích hoạt đạt mức tăng 10,37% so với
thời điểm cuối năm 2021 (Ngân hàng Nhà nước), với Momo, Moca và ZaloPay là ba ví điện tử đang
dẫn đầu thị phần quốc gia (PWC Việt Nam, 2021). Sự thay đổi thói quen thanh toán của người Việt,
đặc biệt là giai đoạn sau đại dịch, chính là cơ sở cho bài nghiên cứu trong quá trình tìm hiểu các tác
động đến hành vi mua hàng của giới trẻ hiện nay.
Theo nghiên cứu, hơn 50% hành vi mua hàng được xuất phát từ sự ngẫu hứng (Liu et al., 2013);
(Zheng et al., 2019). Dưới góc nhìn của (Rook, 1987), mua hàng ngẫu hứng xảy ra “khi người tiêu
dùng trải nghiệm một cảm giác bất chợt, mang tính thôi thúc mua một cái gì đó ngay lập tức”.
Những năm gần đây, hành vi muа hàng ngẫu hứng đã thu hút sự quan tâm của nhiều học giả trên thế
giới, tuy nhiên các công trình nghiên cứu chủ уếu được thực hiện ở nước ngоài. Tại Việt Nаm, một
số công trình nghiên cứu về lĩnh vực này được thực hiện nhưng chưа có nghiên cứu nàо đi sâu vào
những ảnh hưởng của phương thức thanh toán điện tử đối với hành vi mua hàng ngẫu hứng, cũng
như tập trung vàо đối tượng khách hàng là giới trẻ. Vì vậy, nghiên cứu này sẽ hướng đến tìm hiểu
mối liên hệ giữa thanh toán bằng Ví điện tử và hành vi mua hàng ngẫu hứng của giới trẻ hiện nay,
cụ thể là tại Việt Nam.
Như vậy, mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là: (1) Xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm của
dùng trong quá trình sử dụng Ví điện tử; (2) Xem xét và đánh giá các trải nghiệm đó có ảnh hưởng
thế nào đến hành vi mua hàng ngẫu hứng của giới trẻ Việt Nam hiện nay.
2. Cơ sở lý thuyết, mô hình nghiên cứu và các giả thuyết
2.1. Cơ sở lý thuyết

Ví điện tử hoạt động như một Ví tiền mặt trong thanh toán trực tuyến (Kasirye & Mahmudul 2021),
bằng cách liên kết với Tài Khoản ngân hàng, nạp tiền vào Ví là có thể thanh toán bất kì dịch vụ có
liên kết một cách đơn giản và tiện lợi (Kasirye & Masum, 2021); (Junadiª, 2015). Do đó, Ví điện tử
giúp người dùng tiết kiệm cả về thời gian và tiền bạc.
Những năm gần đây, thanh toán bằng Ví kỹ thuật số đã được phát hiện có ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến
hành vi mua sắm trực tuyến và mua sắm tùy hứng. Tại Indonesia, một nhóm nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra
rằng hành vi mua hàng tùy hứng của người tiêu dùng nước này bị ảnh hưởng đáng kể bởi Ví điện tử
(Handayani & Rahyuda, 2020). Tương tự, Ví điện tử cũng được xác định là một trong những
nguyên nhân chính thúc đẩy hành vi mua hàng trực tuyến của người dân tại Malaysia (Handayani &
Rahyuda, 2020). Trên cơ sở đó, bài nghiên cứu sẽ đánh giá trải nghiệm sử dụng Ví điện tử của
người trẻ tại Việt Nam; đồng thời xem xét thêm liệu việc áp dụng hình thức thanh toán bằng Ví điện
tử có dẫn đến hành vi mua hàng tùy hứng hay không.
