1. A. As I am speaking/talking about the things I have observed last Dec. 30, 2022.

Rizal Day is still remembered and honored by many Filipinos today but many also forget, or do
not have the knowledge about this day as they will not give the respect or importance of this
day. It is a day for Filipinos to remember Rizal's contributions to the country and to reflect on
the values that he promoted, such as freedom, democracy, and social justice. Many people
participate in ceremonies and events to honor Rizal's memory on this day and many people not.

Based on what I have seen, heard and watched on different platforms and social media, it is
likely that many Filipinos continue to appreciate the importance of Rizal Day and the significance
of the national holiday. Jose Rizal is a national hero in the Philippines and is widely respected
and admired for his role in the country's struggle for independence and democracy. Rizal Day is
a time for Filipinos to remember and honor his legacy, and it is likely that many people in the
country continue to find value in this commemoration.

However, it is not uncommon for people to have different opinions and attitudes towards
historical events and figures, and this is also true for Filipinos and their appreciation of Rizal Day.
Some Filipinos may feel a strong connection to the country's history and the figures who played
a role in shaping it, while others may have a less personal or more ambivalent view of these
matters. It is important to recognize that people's opinions and attitudes towards historical
events and figures can be influenced by a wide range of factors, including their personal
experiences and background, their education, and their political and social beliefs.

It is not necessarily a problem if some Filipinos do not fully appreciate Rizal Day or do not have a
strong interest in the country's history. It is important for people to have the freedom to form
their own opinions and to express them openly and honestly. At the same time, it is also
important for people to have a basic understanding of their country's history and the figures
who have played a significant role in shaping it, as this can help to foster a sense of national
identity and pride.

B. As for this question, it may have some impact on the daily lives of Filipinos in that they may
have the day off from work or school. However, the holiday's primary significance is as a time for
Filipinos to remember and honor the legacy of Dr. Jose Rizal, a national hero who played a key
role in the country's struggle for independence and democracy. Rizal's ideas and values, such as
freedom, democracy, and social justice, continue to be important to many Filipinos today and
are reflected in the country's political and social landscape. As such, the commemoration of
Rizal Day may serve to remind Filipinos of the sacrifices and efforts made by those who fought
for the country's independence and to inspire them to work towards building a better future for
themselves and their country.
2. A. It is difficult to say exactly what Dr. Jose Rizal's message to his fellow millennials would be if
he were alive today, as his views and beliefs would have been shaped by the specific historical
context of his time. However, based on his writings and the ideals that he promoted during his
lifetime, it is possible to infer some of the values and ideas that he may have wanted to share
with his fellow millennials.

Rizal was a strong advocate for democracy, freedom, and social justice, and he believed in the
power of education and critical thinking as a means of promoting these values. If he were a
millennial today, it is possible that Rizal would encourage his fellow millennials to embrace these
values and to use their education and influence to make a positive difference in the world. He
may also encourage them to stay informed about current events and to think critically about the
issues that affect their lives and their communities.

B. These hashtags reflect Rizal's commitment to democracy, freedom, and social justice, and his
belief in the importance of education and national unity in building a better future for all
Filipinos. They also capture the spirit of Rizal's ideals and the messages that he sought to
promote through his writing and activism.

Some possible hashtags that Rizal might use could include:

#HustisyaParaSaInangSinilangan

#HuwagMagbulagbulaganSaSarilingBansa

#PilipinasKongMahal
