Statement of the Problem

The study generally intends to identify the best practices and the challenges in
the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) in the Division of Laguna as
basis for development plan. To supply pertinent data and information needed, the
researcher will seek answers to the following sub-problems:

1. How do the participants describe their experiences in the implementation of


School-Based Management?
2. What are the best practices encountered in the implementation of School- Based
Management?
3. What meanings may be formulated based on the participant’s testimonies?
4. What themes emerged from the formulated meanings?
5. Based on the findings of the study, what development plan can be proposed to
improve the implementation of school-based management?

INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

1. What practical measures are taken up to implement school-based management


in your school?
2. What best practices have you implemented in your school since implementing
School-Based Management?
3. What specific pre-plan and post-plan of actions are taken up to execute the
school- based management in your school?
4. What are the major problems and issues confronting SBM implementation and
