Narrative Report #10

Since it was a Special Non-working Holiday, our NSTP class only held an online
class. Mr. Ibis only met us for a few minutes to discuss and explain some matters
regarding our upcoming Community Immersion Project Implementation. He gave Shane
Argallon, the Class President, the floor for her to discuss the changes and the plans
agreed upon by the class officers of both classes.

Shane told us that most of the things discussed during our previous NSTP session
were finalized. She then explained the specific committees and the accompanying
responsibility each committee is tasked to derive. Our small group, Makatao 2, is
appointed as part of the Caring Committee. The Caring Committee will be divided into
three sub-committees namely: Before Care, During Care, and After Care. The main
responsibility of the Caring Committee is to assist and safeguard the participating
children. It is also their responsibility to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the venue
before and after the activity. Aside from explaining the committees, Shane also clarified
that the Php 100 contribution is not final. We still need to take into account the first aid
kits that must be present during the project implementation.

After Shane’s run-through, Mr. Ibis reminded us about the “Stewardship Program”.
It is a program initiated by our very own Atty. Go. We will just fill out the necessary details
they will be needing and submit the picture of the location where we intended to plant the
mango seeds they will be giving us. After all those reminders, our NSTP Instructor
instructed us to take a screenshot of the online class with our profiles visible enough for
our secretary to use as a basis for the list she will make. That served as our attendance
for that day. Mr. Ibis did not hold the class for long and ended it.
