Significance of The Study

The findings of this study will give you information about the Time Management and Academic
Performance of some Grade 11 STEM students, S.Y. 2021-2022 of Calamba Institute on the selected
subjects of their first semester. The purpose of the study is to determine how time management affects
students' academic performance of past Grade 11 students of Calamba Institute. A student who is good
at managing their time may lessen stress and give priority to important tasks. Time management has
also been described as a form of self-management which focuses a strong emphasis on understanding
what to do, how to do it more effectively, when to do it, and when is the right time for that specific
activity. (Savino, 2016).

This research paper will greatly help future researchers so that they know how to manage their time
better. The benefits of time management include better habits and greater productivity. Leaders,
business owners, and entrepreneurs can all achieve their objectives with the help of effective time
management. Working smarter, not harder, with time management enables you to accomplish more in
less time and seize greater opportunities. It is important for students to learn effective time
management. The fact that some students having hard time managing their time negatively affects their

it has a lot of positive effects on your academic activities. Once you successfully manage your time, you
