Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended
tooling to release the spring force.

1. Remove bolts (1) and cover (2).

2. Remove spring (3).

3. Use shop air in order to remove piston (4). Remove seals (5) from piston (4).

4. Remove bolts (6) and housing (7).

5. Remove seal (8) from housing (7).

6. Remove discs (9) and plates (10).

7. Remove shims (11).

8. Remove O-ring seal (12). Remove bolts (13) and housing assembly (14).

9. Remove bolts (15) and separate housings (16) and (18). Remove plug (17). Remove O-ring seal (21),
spring (20), and piston (19).

10. Remove seal (22).

11. Use a suitable brass punch in order to remove seal housing (23) from housing (16). Remove two
seals (26) and springs (25) from seal housing (23). Remove dowel (24). Remove two seals (not
shown) from inside housing (16) after seal housing (23) is removed.

12. Remove piston housing (27).

13. Remove ring (27). Remove spacer (28). Invert piston housing (27) and repeat for the other side.

14. Remove roller (32). Remove piston (31) and O-ring seal (30). Repeat for the remaining pistons.
